VW ID.3 and ID.4 for under 33,000 euros!

Volkswagen Cars joins the discount battle – and makes ID.3, but especially ID.4 and also ID.5 really cheap! The new discount program called "Volkswagen Environmental Bonus" combines two components for most ID. models: A generous promotional bonus ranging between 4,760 (ID.7 Pro) and 5,950 euros (ID.4, ID.4 GTX, ID.5, and ID.5 GTX) is always available, plus an e-mobility bonus of 1,785 euros depending on the model. This amount corresponds to the planned federal share for 2024 of the now-discontinued state e-car subsidy.

Orderable until March 2024

Customers of the ID. models for which VW does not grant the e-mobility bonus would not have been eligible under the previous regulation either, as their net base prices exceed the relevant 45,000-euro threshold, which is why the ID.5 GTX and ID.7 miss out on the e-mobility bonus. The "Volkswagen Environmental Bonus" applies to both immediately available new vehicles and configurable order vehicles. It benefits private individual customers who buy the corresponding e-car or lease it through Volkswagen Leasing GmbH. The regulation is initially limited until the end of March 2024.

In the GTX versions, the ID.4 is much cheaper than the ID.5

The discounts result in the ID.4 (including GTX version) and ID.5 (here excluding the GTX version) being most heavily discounted, as up to 7,735 euros can be deducted. This brings the base ID.4 Pure down to only 32,600 euros. For the ID.3, up to 7,020 euros can be deducted, bringing the base here to 32,795 euros. The question remains who would choose it when they can get the larger ID.4 for less money. For the ID.7 Pro, only 4,760 euros can be deducted, leaving it expensive at a minimum of 52,235 euros. Also, for the ID.5 GTX, only 5,950 euros can be deducted, bringing it to 52,805 euros, while the ID.4 GTX is already available for 47,820 euros.
