Traton Charging Solutions enters into a cooperation with Hubject

A year after its establishment, Traton Charging Solutions has made a significant step forward in terms of charging solutions for commercial vehicles in Europe, according to its own statement. The eMobility Service Provider (eMSP) offers charging solutions specifically for commercial vehicle operators and operates charging services, such as Scania Charging Access and MAN Charge&Go.

This should simplify access to a reliable charging infrastructure. Currently, the network comprises around 150 charging stations for commercial vehicles with more than 400 charging points across Europe.

“It's incredible what we have achieved in twelve months. So far, the experience of fleet customers regarding access to charging points and the management of payments has been rather unsatisfactory. To build customer trust in electromobility, we had to offer them simplicity and comfort,” said Dr. Petra Sundström, Managing Director of Traton Charging Solutions.

Cooperation Partner

On the occasion of its one-year anniversary, the company has now announced a new partnership with Hubject. This is intended not only to strengthen the position of Traton Charging Solutions but also to open up opportunities for global partnerships.

Through the cooperation, customers of Scania Charging Access and MAN Charge&Go are to receive seamless access to a charging network via a Hubject eRoaming platform. This is intended to simplify the charging process and provide integrated access, one invoice, and consistent pricing.
