Tesla Cybertruck: Hot Wheels is already delivering!
Massive bare zinc die-casting instead of stainless steel makes the roughly 70-fold downsized Cybertruck from Hot Wheels shine. While most model manufacturers hold back with Tesla, Mattel has been accompanying the brand from the beginning with its Matchbox and Hot Wheels models, with Matchbox only producing the Model S, the "Semi," and soon the Roadster (for the first time from "green" raw materials), while Model S, X, 3, Y and now also the Cybertruck come from Hot Wheels.
The miniature is well done for the price (starting at 1.00 euro in Tedi stores and seldom more expensive than 1.99 euros in specialized stores): The proportions are correct, the "materials" too. Some tampon prints (e.g., rear light bar) provide quality. Now it remains to be seen how "the real thing" will look in reality because Elon Musk wants to make some improvements before the series production starts.
This way or that, the model works and will be another testament to Tesla's history, where much has already been announced and then came differently or later. Shine on, Elon!
What does that mean?
Once again, Hot Wheels moved faster than Tesla itself. It remains to be seen when and exactly how the Cybertruck will go into mass production in reality.
