"Beer enjoyment without CO2" will be the future motto of the Paulaner Brewery Munich. For this purpose, a Renault Trucks E-Tech D Wide 4 x 2 was handed over to the company, which was founded in 1634, on January 22, 2024.

The vehicle has been equipped with an Orten Safe Server beverage body and is intended for use in distribution traffic. According to Ralf Krön, Technical Coordinator and Compliance Logistics at Paulaner, they are glad to have found a partner with whom they can jointly contribute to combating global warming.

Series production of the Renault Trucks E-Tech T & C started at the end of November 2023. The heavy series is intended to complete the E-portfolio of the French manufacturer, which according to its own information includes fully electric vehicles from 2.8 tons to 44 tons.

Globally, a total of 11.6 million kilometers have been covered with the E-Tech vehicles. The company claims a savings of 11,300 tons of CO2 – of which 475 tons of CO2 were saved in Germany.
