The Scenic E-Tech Electric, introduced at the IAA Mobility in Munich in September 2023, is now available for order and is expected to be delivered as early as spring. With a length of 4.47 meters, a width of 1.86 meters, and a height of 1.57 meters, and a relatively light weight of 1,850 kilograms for a full-size electric SUV (Techno Long Range), it fits the dimensions of the C-segment. Thanks to the slim battery and the AmpR Medium platform (formerly CMF-EV) with a flat interior floor, the first family EV from the French company promises a significantly more spacious interior than the rather tight Megane E-Tech. This is indicated by the 278 millimeters of knee room in the rear and up to 884 millimeters of headroom in versions with the Solarbay panoramic glass roof. The trunk volume of 545 liters is also family-friendly.

Four trim levels are available: Evolution, Techno, Iconic, and—for the first time in an electric vehicle—the sporty Esprit Alpine version. Evolution and Techno come with the 125 kW (170 PS) motor and the Comfort Range battery with a capacity of 60 kWh, allowing for a range of up to 430 kilometers according to the WLTP standard. Techno, Iconic, and Esprit Alpine are available with the 160 kW (218 PS) unit. The energy source is the larger 87 kWh battery, which allows for a WLTP range of up to 625 kilometers. All trims come equipped with an onboard charger for AC charging with a power output of up to 22 kW.
