Renault and Dacia also extend environmental bonus

After the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action announced at short notice on Saturday that no new applications for the environmental bonus can be submitted after December 17, 2023, several other manufacturers have decided to continue the bonus. The provider guarantees its private customers the full environmental bonus of 4,500 euros for all affected electric vehicles eligible for the bonus according to the previous BAFA guidelines and registered by December 31, 2023. Specifically, this applies to the eligible electric vehicles Kangoo E-Tech, Megane E-Tech, and Twingo E-Tech with purchase applications recorded and processed by December 17, 2023, and registration between December 18, 2023, and December 31, 2023.

Additionally, the manufacturer guarantees its private customers that all affected electric vehicles eligible for the bonus under the previous BAFA guidelines and registered between January 1, 2024, and March 31, 2024, will receive the reduced environmental bonus of 3,000 euros. Specifically, this applies to the eligible electric vehicles Kangoo E-Tech, Megane E-Tech, and Twingo E-Tech, with the submission and processing of purchase applications by December 17, 2023, and registration within the period from January 1, 2024, to March 31, 2024.
