The new Microlino Lite can be driven starting at age 15. To use the new L6e entry-level version of the fully electric city car, only the “AM” driver's license class, familiar from mopeds and scooters, is required. Powered by a 12.5 kW rear motor, the Microlino Lite, which can now be ordered in Germany at prices starting from 17,990 euros, covers up to 177 km locally emission-free according to the WMTC measurement procedure before a charging stop is necessary. Classically, the top speed is limited to 45 km/h. With dimensions of 2.52 m in length and 1.47 m in width, finding a parking spot in the city is comparatively easy.
Familiar Features from the Classic
Familiar features from the classic Microlino, such as the front-opening door with integrated soft-close mechanism, two seats, single-wheel suspension, and the self-supporting body, remain unchanged. The Lite version offers two battery sizes – 5.5 kWh and 10.5 kWh – and the two paint colors Venice Blue and Berlin Anthracite Matt to choose from. The optional sunroof blends harmoniously into the coupé-shaped roofline.
Vegan Leather and Alcantara Upholstery
The interior is available in two trim options, "Base" and "Premium": While seats, side panels, and the dashboard are covered with fabric in the base model, the higher-end version features vegan leather and Alcantara upholstery. A premium package that includes side pockets, a Bluetooth speaker, and a smartphone holder is also included. Standard equipment always includes a front LED light bar, LED rear lighting, two digital displays, and a heater.
