Logpay launches Pay@Pump "Mobile Fueling" on the market
Especially during cold and wet times, when the risk of infection is high, people often like to skip the trip to the cashier after refueling. “Mobile Fueling” can now take care of that for users: To use it, a Logpay Charge&Fuel Card is required. In combination with the Logpay CoBranded Card Shell, which can also be activated for Mobile Fueling in the app, more than 2,000 stations across Germany, including those by HEM, Shell, Team, and Willer, are available for acceptance. According to Logpay, this currently (as of November 2021) offers one of the largest network coverages for digital payments.
To use Mobile Fueling, you simply need to enter your personal Mobile Payment PIN (MPP) in the Charge&Fuel App. After successful activation, the process can be started. On site, the pump is selected in the app and the payment is completed entirely digitally after refueling.
What does this mean?
The new app further digitizes the refueling process and eliminates the need to go to the cashier.
