Jaguar: Luxury Car Sharing

At the launch of the pilot project, residents of luxury apartments in Manchester and Leeds can take advantage of the extraordinary service. According to Jaguar Management Director Rawdon Glower, the all-electric I-Pace is the stylish variant of car-sharing for the urban environment and specifically appeals to the generation of customers who do not value vehicle ownership but still want to lead a luxurious, all-electric lifestyle.

"As we evolve into a company for fully electric luxury vehicles by 2025, at Jaguar we are carefully considering every aspect of our customer journey," said Glower. "In doing so, we are exploring alternatives to direct car ownership and offering a customer-centric mobility solution with on-demand concierge access to the all-electric I-Pace through this program. Future Jaguar customers are constantly seeking alternatives to the traditional vehicle purchase. We will closely monitor the success of this project and consider expanding it to larger cities around the world."
