The last financing round brought in too little money – on October 19th, the Aachen-based start-up for autonomous transport and passenger shuttle solutions MOOVE had to file for insolvency. Attorney and dhpg partner Dirk Wegener was appointed as the provisional insolvency administrator.

"We see here a highly innovative company whose developments are close to market readiness, and we will do everything possible to attract new investors through a viable restructuring concept," said Wegener.

The company, which specializes in new approaches for electric, automated, and connected solutions for goods and passenger transport on the "last mile," currently employs 90 people. According to the press release, after successfully completing the concept phase and pre-series, which form the basis for series development, MOOVE was recently hit by the latest developments in the financial market. The started financing round could not be completed on time – payment difficulties were the result.
