Hypermotion is taking place – and not just on-site in Frankfurt, but also simultaneously in the virtual space. The organizer Messe Frankfurt Exhibition currently points this out. Through the new "Digital Experience," all those who cannot attend in person will still be able to participate. Hypermotion aims to combine the best of both worlds as a hybrid event: personal exchange with virtual networking opportunities and maximum digital reach.

Participants can look forward to a diverse conference program. Keynote speakers include whistleblower Edward Snowden on the topic of "Data Protection in Mobility and Logistics after Corona – What's Next for Infrastructure from a Data Protection Perspective" and bestselling author Marc Elsberg, who in his international bestsellers, envisions realistic future and threat scenarios.

Livestreaming of the entire conference program

During the three days of the trade fair, all conference content will be streamed live. Selected sessions will also be available for a few weeks after the event. This is intended to give participants the opportunity to watch missed or simultaneously held lectures afterward. Using a survey tool, participants can actively engage in discussions and Q&A sessions.

The range of topics is broad: the 6th German Mobility Congress and the smc:smart mobility conference are dedicated to the topic of future mobility in relation to our climate goals and digitalization. EXCHAiNGE focuses on best practices in the supply chain. The Logistics Digital Conference and the scalex conference address innovations in goods transport and city logistics. And the Hypermotion Lab presents disruptive concepts in the areas of Urban Air Mobility, Smart Logistics, and digital infrastructure. A first impression of these topics can already be obtained in advance through the Hypermotion Podcast.

New networking opportunities with AI-supported software Networking is in the foreground and is additionally supported this year by a newly integrated matchmaking software based on artificial intelligence. Intelligent matchmaking determines which people, exhibitors, and conference content may be of interest to the respective user. Participants can also compile their own digital timetable. Based on this selection, they automatically receive further recommendations on relevant conference content and product presentations.

Video calls included

Participants can take advantage of 1-to-1 video calls and arrange face-to-face meetings in the virtual space with interested companies and business partners. The integrated chat function of the Digital Experience can also be used for direct exchange among participants. Additionally, there will be individual speed-networking sessions where attendees on-site are brought into contact with participants from the virtual space.

Those who visit the event in person can also look forward to an exhibition featuring new vehicle concepts from ONO, Rinspeed, and LEVC – the London Electric Vehicle Company. Software-supported solutions will be presented by providers such as Arealcontrol GmbH, Globalmatix AG, and Vitronic. Furthermore, the Micro Mobility Course invites test drives of small vehicles. E-scooters, e-rollers, and cargo bikes of all kinds are gaining more and more importance – not only for private use but also in industrial sectors.

Hypermotion 2020 will take place from November 10 to 12 in Frankfurt.
