Geneva 2024: Micro unveils the Microlino Lite

Rollermobil reloaded: This is how one could describe the base version of the Microlino, which is set to be sold starting early summer 2024 at an entry price of 149 CHF/month. The Microlino Lite offers the same range as its "big brother," but its top speed is limited to 45 km/h.

The Microlino Lite differs from the standard model of the Microlino through unique design features. It launches in two color variants, Venice Blue and Berlin Anthracite, and provides weather-protected mobility for people from 14 years of age with an AM driver's license (moped), according to respective national regulations.

Two battery sizes for up to 100 or 180 km range

Compared to other products, it is supposed to set "new standards in terms of driving dynamics and safety in its vehicle class" with its self-supporting body made of high-strength steel. With a base range of approximately 100 km, which can optionally be extended up to 180 km according to WLTP, it should offer enough range. This is ensured by a 5.5- or 11-kWh battery. With these, it weighs 571 or 600 kg empty. It can be charged with 2.2 kW at the socket.

Additionally, it comes with a sunroof for a convertible feeling in the summer and a practical trunk of up to 230 liters. The Microlino Lite, like its stronger brother, is built in the Microlino Manufactory in Turin, Italy.
