The Dutch payment service provider Adyen and the taxi, rental car, and mobility platform Free Now now offer corporate customers a Visa card for business travel. Their users are supposed to store it in their digital wallet and then use it to digitally pay for all kinds of mobility services, including buses, trains, ferries, and taxis. The companies are enticed with the argument that all services paid with the Visa card are transparently accounted for, simplifying the companies' travel expense accounting. Long-distance travelers could use the card anywhere Visa is accepted.
According to Adyen, the card developed for Free Now is called the "Mobility Benefits Card". The two companies have already collaborated in the field of global payments. Adyen claims to work with companies such as Robert Bosch GmbH, Flixbus, H&M, Zalando, and Uber.
