First public DC fast charging location with Kempower technology

Kempower has supplied DC technology for a public charging site in Germany for the first time. The charging hub operated by Kuster Energy in Kleve, with a total capacity of up to 400 kW, received four Kempower satellites. Until now, the Finnish fast-charging specialist had exclusively equipped bus depots and truck infrastructure in this country, for example for the vehicle fleet of the Berlin city cleaning department. After successfully qualifying for Eichrecht certification in late summer 2023, Kempower is now also able to provide charging technology for public charging stations.
