e-troFit appoints Christof Sänger as CFO

Christof Sänger is the new man at e-trofit, serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) responsible for finance, procurement, and sustainability since February 15, 2021. From the Garching location, he leads a three-person team.

The trained banker and graduate business economist Sänger can rely on a wealth of professional experience in his new field, which he has gathered both at the international corporate level and in medium-sized, owner-managed companies. Most recently, he was responsible as Managing Partner at designfunktion Holding GmbH in Munich.

“With Christof Sänger, we have gained an experienced finance expert who will accompany and support our development from a former mobility start-up to an established player in the commercial vehicle industry. We are very pleased about the collaboration and the new opportunities for creative financing solutions for our Green Mobility as a Service solutions,” said Andreas Hager, Managing Director of e-trofit GmbH.

So far, the finance department was managed by CEO Hager in a dual role. Due to the continuous growth and the associated expanded responsibilities, the company decided to create an independent CFO position.
