The increasing importance of electromobility is also noticeable at DKV. The mobility service provider, known primarily for its fuel and service cards, is cooperating with the charging infrastructure operator Freshmile Services. As a result, DKV customers can charge their electric vehicles at up to 2,500 charging points in France. The charging points are located both along the German-French border and in Paris and other French metropolitan areas. The charging points can be accessed via the DKV APP and the route planner DKV MAPS.

"We are pleased that we were able to secure one of the largest French charging infrastructure operators for a cooperation with Freshmile," says Bernhard Wolters, Expert eMobility Services at the DKV Group.

What does this mean?

By establishing a Europe-wide supply network of charging points, DKV is addressing the increasing share of electric vehicles and the resulting increased demand for cross-border supply options.
