The company bike users report their damage via the portal and receive an appointment. In most cases, these are issues that can be resolved on-site in the service van, which houses a fully equipped mobile workshop. Only in exceptional cases does the bike need to be taken to the workshop, usually when a suitable spare part is not available. In this case, the company bike users receive a new appointment after a short time, at which the bike is then returned fully operational. And the frequent riders, who rely on the bike, are provided with a rental bike, promises Damian.
