BayWa Mobility Solutions starts marketing of GHG quotas for electric cars
BayWa Mobility Solutions (BMS) GmbH is taking on the marketing of private e-vehicle owners' GHG quotas through its platform www.chargemondo.de. "This new subsidy is another important step forward for electromobility in Germany," says Managing Director Christian Krüger. He adds:
"Private individuals can simply and easily offer their GHG quota via chargemondo.de. We then take care of the entire process."
For 2022, BMS guarantees a payout of 280 euros per e-car. Hybrid vehicles are fundamentally excluded from the subsidy. In the next phase, BMS plans to implement GHG quota trading for commercial customers as well.
New subsidy database provides an overview
Due to ongoing changes in legislation, it is often difficult to keep track of which other subsidies for e-mobility apply, when, where, and for whom. Therefore, since February 1st, the new, up-to-date subsidy database of BMS is available online at Funding (baywa-mobility.de). There, all funding opportunities related to mobility-driven energy solutions at the federal, state, and municipal levels can be found based on postal codes. Each subsidy can be downloaded as a document and shared.
What does this mean?
The GHG quotas are a nice additional bonus for e-drivers, but once again involve administrative effort. It's good that BayWa with chargemondo takes care of the marketing.
