Anadolu-Isuzu electric vehicles to be equipped with Proterra batteries in the future

Turkish-American collaboration – Anadolu Isuzu is relying on the battery technology of the American company Proterra for its new electric bus models Citi-Volt. The Turkish electric vehicles should enable ranges between 200 and 405 km on a single charge – there are no details yet about the energy content of the batteries or the overall scope of the order.

The Proterra battery platform provides maximum range, has an adaptable design that fits into a variety of vehicles, and a durable casing for commercial use that withstands harsh environmental conditions, the company said.
