ABL / TMH: Ten-Year Collaboration and Wallbox Integration in ChargePilot

With the integration of the new eM4 Twin wallbox from ABL into the ChargePilot charging and energy management system from The Mobility House, the two partners have announced the next step in their ten-year collaboration. In 2023, ABL introduced the first charging station of its new eMobility product generation with the eM4 Twin wallbox. It is intended to be the ideal charging station for businesses, the housing industry, and parking garages. Since August 2023, ChargePilot has also been compatible with the eM4 Twin wallbox and thus available to customers in this combination.

The charging and energy management system from TMH takes over the intelligent and energy-efficient control of charging processes to make the best use of the existing network connection without restricting the charging needs of customers, claims the provider. Depending on the application, it is said that up to 70 percent of infrastructure and network charges or an average of 250 euros per charging point per year can be saved. Thanks to the open interface architecture, the system is compatible with various AC and DC charging stations, can take PV and storage systems into account, and is prepared for the future growth of electromobility as well as further applications (Plug&Charge, Vehicle-To-Grid, etc.).
